Hello I’m fasting in morning till midday. Can i take The capsules at midday?: Hi, Taking NMN supplements in the morning would not break your fast if you take it with water. But you can also take the capsules in the afternoon. But it’s best to take supplements in the morning.
2 weken geleden mijn mnm bestelde capsules ontvangen. Ik heb de pot in eerste instantie buiten de koelkast bewaard in schaduw kamer,maar wel buiten zomerse temperaturen buiten en binnen variërend 24 graden. later las ik dat het product in de koelkast bewaard moet worden doordat warmte mnm kan omzetten in nicotinamide . Kan ik het product mnm nu nog veilig gebruiken?: Voor de liposomale capsules is dat niet echt nodig. Ze worden beschermt door de liposomen. Dus de NMN zal nog steeds stabiel zijn en zuiver zijn.
